The scanner got my card wrong

Tap Not your card? on the result. The closest other matches are right there, and picking the right one fixes that scan straight away. If the card is not in the list, mark the four corners or search by name.

Reporting it from that screen is the single most useful thing you can do: it tells us which card was confused for which, and that is what the next improvement is built from. Two kinds of card are hard on purpose, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise: printings that share their artwork with another set, and cards under glare that hides the collector number.

A price looks wrong

Prices are estimates from public marketplace data, refreshed daily, and a card's real value depends on condition and authenticity that a photograph cannot judge. Where a figure is an asking price rather than a completed sale, the app says so. If a number looks clearly wrong rather than merely optimistic, send the card name and set and it will be checked.

My collection disappeared

Your collection is stored on your iPhone and nowhere else, which is what lets the app work with no account and no sign in. Deleting the app deletes it, and we hold no copy to restore. Use the export option before deleting or moving to a new phone.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Kachimi Pro is billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, where cancelling stops the next charge and Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy; write to them at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund on Apple's behalf, but we can help you work out what happened.

Camera or photo permission

If you said no to the camera and want to change your mind, open the iOS Settings app, find Kachimi, and turn Camera on. The rest of the app works either way.

Anything else

Feature requests are welcome and get read. So is the blunt kind of feedback. Write to [email protected].
